The historic 15th-century building of this 4-star residence in the heart of Prague is truly remarkable, giving it a sense of character. The spacious rooms with a seating area and parquet flooring were a delight, and the lovely ensuite in the bedroom was a great size. The comforts offered, such as 24-hour room service and premium bedding, made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the bar in the hotel was the perfect place to unwind with a drink after a long day of exploring the city.

It has amazing location to see a historic square. Make sure to get superior room with large beds, free coffee, as for instance.

Nothing it is perfect.

The location was excellent, with a historic square nearby. The room was spacious and had a great view of the church towers. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were perfect - helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety and the basement setting was amazing. great value for money.

Nothing to dislike.

It is very nice accommodation in the hart of town. It is in a walking zone so it is very quite. The stuff is excellent, tea/coffe machines in the hole, in the rooms...a complementary bottle of water in the room. Flat screen TV, satelite anthena, very nice room witt superb bathroom. Nice breakfast.

No elevator in a hotel so it can be a problem if you have a lot of bags. Ceilings are made of wood, so the sound isolation between the floors are not very good, especially if someone is not carring ther bags but draging it:)

To be honest, the price quality relationship of this hotel is great. Free wifi, a personal nespresso machine, even a Mac desktop in every room for those not bringing their own laptop. Comfortable, large room, and my favorite, spotless! I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody, couples, families alike.

Location: the hotel was near the Vabene Italian restaurant next door, the old town square, where the astronomical clock is, and touristic areas😀

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the historic attractions. The square where it's located is quiet and beautiful, adding to the overall charm of this place. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a stunning carved wooden ceiling and a luxurious 8-foot wide bed. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iMac in the room, perfect for when I needed to catch up on work or just browse the internet. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast, which was included in my stay, was served in a medieval cellar and was absolutely wonderful.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family for their stay in the city.

The hotel had excellent facilities (with Nespresso coffee machine in every room - however the staff did not immediately replaced used coffee and you had to ask for it). The bed was SO big 6 people could sleep in it - excellent! Location couldn't be more central.

Felt that staff did things grudgingly...not amazingly friendly. Cleaning staff had to be asked to replenish coffee instead of just doing it.

We liked our staying in the hotel very much. The overall impression is outstanding! We would like to choose the same hotel during our next visit to Prague. The location is ideal - just in the centre, close to the Tyn cathedral and the Old Town Square. The hotel has only 8 rooms and due to the location in the old building it is very atmospheric and homelike. The room was big, comfortable, nicely decorated, with two windows – one overlooking the courtyard and the top of Tyn cathedral and the other – another hotels' buildings with beautiful roofs and upper part of some other Cathedral. The bathroom was also big, with a heated floor. The room had kettle and the stuff for making tea. Also, there was coffee and water in the flight of stairs. The hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful. When they told us about coffee and heard that we liked tea more, they brought us a set with Chinese tea which was really nice and the tea was tasty. We asked about the bus to Vienna and the receptionist helped us with the information. The only watch-out is that it is not easy to find the hotel as it is situated inside the courtyard and its street is not on the map. You need to find Tynska street that leads directly to the courtyard.

Hough the hotel is wonderful, there are a few things that might be improved - the water tubes are a bit noisy and you can hear them at nights, the conditioner seems also noisy at nights, so we had to switch it off. We had some issues with the tv set when it turned off suddenly, but it was not a problem for us.

The direction to the location of the hotel could have been clearer. Its street number was actually the number it holds in a small square, without an indication as to which street one should enter the square from. And the entrance to the square can very easily be overlooked when one walks along streets nearby.

stayed at this beautiful heritage building in the heart of Prague. Spacious room and bathroom, excellent cleanliness. Surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Delightful breakfast with a mix of traditional and modern flavors. Convenient parking nearby.
